Delivery and return of goods
Delivery of goods
In order to ensure the quality of luxury goods and follow global standards, receiving the goods is possible in two ways:

BERGAMO store, "Sky&More" shopping center, 2nd floor, Duntes street 19A, Riga. The product can be received immediately after payment;

Free delivery of goods in Riga, Riga region and Jurmala. Delivery is provided by the shopping center "Sky&More". After payment, you will be contacted within 24 hours to clarify delivery information. Delivery is provided within two days.
Exchange and return of goods
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the buyer has the right to return the product and its original packaging to the BERGAMO store, Duntes Street 19A, within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. The merchant will assess the defect and fill out the return form. Once the defect has been confirmed by the product manufacturer, the buyer will be notified of the product exchange. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller in exactly the same condition and undamaged original packaging of the product in which he/she received it.
